- Entwicklung und Umsetzung kreativer Strategien für Print- und Digitalmedien
- Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung des Grafikteams
- Erstellung und Präsentation von Konzepten, Moodboards und Layouts
- Qualitätssicherung und Kontrolle der gestalterischen Umsetzung
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen
- Trendbeobachtung und Integration neuer Designimpulse

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Grafikdesign, Kommunikationsdesign oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige (min. 10 Jahre) Berufserfahrung im Bereich Grafik und Art-Direction
- Führungserfahrung und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Design- und Layoutprogrammen (z.B. Adobe Creative Suite)
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit KI-Programmen (z.b. Midjourney, ChatGPT, Runway, Adobe Firefly,..) sowie Erfahrung in der Integration und Optimierung von weitern KI-Technologien in kreative Prozesse
- Kreativität, Innovationsgeist und ein Auge für Details
